If your item arrives to you damaged, let me know, and I will make arrangements with you to replace or repair (Unless it was damaged in shipping, in which case I am not responsible. You can contact me if you would like to purchase shipping insurance, in which case I will open a case with USPS if your item is damaged), and if I need for you to return the item to me, I will discuss that on a case by case basis.
I do not issue refunds for spellwork after it is purchased, PERIOD. I do not give refunds because someone changes their mind. I do not give refunds because a customer decides they cannot afford it after they purchase or has a condition that makes them do impulse shopping with money they cannot afford or do not have. Or purchased multiple spells from multiple casters and now are concerned of overlayed effects. I do not give refunds because someone used someone else's card or payment method or account. (This is not my responsibility, nor is it my responsibility to give refunds because a minor made a purchase without their parent's permission. By buying you are assuming all responsibilities and stating that you are 18 years of age or older.) Nor do I give refunds for any outcome or lack thereof as a result of spellwork or your use of my products. I am not responsible for your own actions or the Universe's / Fates' / Deities'. We do not issue refunds, period. We are a home-based small business, and not a large corporation that can afford to issue refunds on a customer's whim due to changing their mind or any other reason. We clearly state that normally, orders can take 3-5 Business Days, but at high volume times, they can take longer.
Regarding rootworks, conjures, and laying tricks:
No spell can be absolutely guaranteed any more than a lawyer can 100% guarantee you the outcome of a court case or a doctor could absolutely guarantee he can cure you. Beware of rootworkers or practitioners who offer you a 100% ‘for sure’ guarantee.
Turnaround times for spells and divination reports: When you purchase a service from me, you will be scheduled at the next available time slot. I am usually booked days in advance. Time frames may vary, and I cannot always guarantee expedited service. Your report will arrive to you via email as soon as I am able to complete it post-work. l take them all in order and sometimes have 50 per week to complete. Reports and shipping of physical products NORMALLY take 3-5 business days, unless the work/product is very detailed/customized, and turnaround times also depend on my workload. So, the best way to get information on status is to message me directly.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some international destinations will result in import fees/taxes, or mail surcharges. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and include additional costs for securing items for safe transit, such as candles or consumption spells in glass jars for example.
IN THE CASE A CLIENT FILES A DISPUPTE WITH PAYPAL OR WITH THEIR BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY: I will provide tracking numbers for shipped goods. In the case of disputed services: I will provide any or all of the following: I will email the report to the client. Because there is no guarantee that the client will acknowledge receiving it, I also may upload it or send it to PayPal or the bank. I may also mail the client their report to their home address or the address they used when ordering, with a tracking number. These are all measures I have to take to protect myself and my business from fraudulent or frivolous claims.

As a Hoodoo Practitioner, I take my beliefs as well as my practice and my business very seriously. We, as practitioners, put a lot of time into learning, and a lot of care into the formulas and compounds we put together, and a lot of intent and energy goes into the making of everything we do. We put a little piece of ourselves out there for the whole world to see and put a little of ourselves into everything we do. And that does deserve some respect. For all of us. We all as human beings want to be respected. And we treat others with the same respect that we expect, at least I do.
Pet peeve #1: being "rushed" constantly wanting to know when the work will be done, when they will see results, etc. Well, if you want a quality product (i.e. spellwork properly done with all of my focus and intent honed in on your current situation), and not just some piece of crap spell that is thrown together, then it is worth waiting for. I give every client that respect. I can't possibly focus on answering 30 clients' messages per day or constant questions. Otherwise, I will never get any work done. I will get every client addressed and answered in due time; I ignore no one. It is simply like this: I want to focus on your problem, in this moment, when I am doing your spellwork or your reading. Do you want me answering 30 other messages while I'm doing that? I don't think so. So, please extend my other clients as well as me the same courtesy you would expect, and please wait for me to answer your messages. If I were to focus on messages only for one day, (which I have tried), it does not work. It is a never ending cycle of responses and additional questions, which ultimately prevent me from doing any work and getting any orders marked completed. Not that I don't want to answer your questions, it's just overwhelming sometimes. I even work on the go, with my phone. Please understand that we practitioners also have families and errands to run and dinners to cook. We're people, just like you. And I stay booked days in advance. If you want a quick fix, you're probably just using magick as a last resort or you're not certain about what you want to do. Be careful what you wish for and be sure of what you want.
And for the most popular question, when will I see results? That is not dependent on me, despite what some people mistakenly think about practitioners. We don't control the results. We initiate the steps needed to change things. We request the spirits open the door, we request the spirits' help. We do what we can to show the spirits respect they deserve. We cannot boss them around or make demands. I wouldn't personally want to be on the receiving end of a spirit or Saint's backlash. How soon you see results is not a reflection on my skill or any practitioner's skill or power or effectiveness, or whether they are "real". There's so much talk out there about whether this or that practitioner is "REAL". It's absurd. Energetic manipulations are science-based, proven physics and quantum physics realities.
I'm always going to be honest with you, as I am with all of my clients. Because I respect you and your situation, and take it very seriously. I'm out to help you, not to harm you. Not to swindle you.
No practitioner can guarantee outcome, because of a number of reasons. Either the client doesn't really believe, or they think that you have control over the universe somehow, or they screw with things themselves and muck everything up. Or they are working with more than one practitioner unawares. The energy being sent out could be pure chaos if not properly controlled, or if they are doing a different working that could lead to a different result. Not to say that it would make me upset or anything, it’s not personal, it’s just that if I don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t know what I’m doing, then how can anyone know what energy is being sent out in that case?
As a Hoodoo Practitioner, I take my beliefs as well as my practice and my business very seriously. I provide ongoing support to a point, as well as additional recommendations or suggestions, when asked. (Which is only based on my opinion about your situation, not a sales pitch. I'm not going to try and sell you something I don't think you need, or anything you don't want.)
Here’s a little more about why sometimes spells seem as though they did not work:
Unrealistic expectations – You cannot hope to be bound together in love with someone you have never had any connection to before or have never met. Not to say that it isn’t possible, but it’s just frankly not probable that you’re not going to get Brad Pitt to leave Angelina Jolie and marry you, for example. Also, if you’re just stalking someone, there’s a pretty good chance you’re going to get a restraining order placed against you. And any spellwork done will just backfire on you.
Being dishonest or not disclosing the full truth – If you don’t provide me (or any practitioner) with the whole story, things can go wrong. Withholding important information is as good as being untruthful. For example, if I petition the Spirits to help on your behalf, but there’s an important piece of information that I’m not aware of, the Spirits will not take kindly to that, and it may backfire on you and you’ll end up with the opposite of what you want, or worse. An example would be impure motives. If you’re bent on revenge, that’s fine. We can work with that. But if you want to get your ex back and the relationship was toxic before or you were abusive to them, that’s not OK, and it’s not going to work. Another example would be if you do not inform me that there are other practitioners working magick against you. I’ve ended up with a bad presence in my house because of performing a spell for a client without having all the facts first. Other steps would have been necessary first to take care of that magick being worked against you.
If there are obstacles in the way, which is another reason spellwork can fail. If obstacles are not addressed first and removed to make way for the positive energies, then it cannot work. Some examples of obstacles are other people, or situations, or even your own negative energy from obsessing and worrying about the situation or spellwork. That creates negative energy and sucks the fuel out of a spell. Sometimes, even talking about spellwork to others can create a problem that was not there before. It’s kind of like the line from the movie Fight Club. “Welcome to Fight Club. The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: you DO NOT talk about Fight Club!”
Do not talk about your spellwork, whether you are doing it yourself or having a practitioner perform it for you. Why would you even want to? It’s very personal. Kind of like your mojo bag. Don’t let other people see it or touch it. Same with spellwork, it could render it powerless or even backfire on you.
If you ask the Universe, Fates, Spirits, Deities for something, don’t doubt it and focus more on your plight. Focus on the goal and what you can do to help channel positive energies in that direction. If you are a believer in Magick, it is a lifestyle, not just a quick fix to your problem at the moment. You may do hundreds of spells or rituals throughout your lifetime to help along everyday issues and devote your time to and honor and respect the Spirits. Magick is petitioning the spirits, directing energy in appropriate ways, and doing what you can to help bring about the change you wish to see.
I merely perform the service. It is your intention and belief / faith that fuels the magick. In no way by performing this service do I claim that it will be more powerful than if you perform it yourself. Results and time frame vary on a case by case basis, because everyone's situation is different. Magick and Conjure are unique to each individual and as such no promises or guarantees of success are given, suggested, or implied. I know folks get anxious for me to get started and will be tempted to send me emails such as “just checking on when I will get my report”, or “just checking to see how my service is going”. But please do not blow up my inbox, because I do not have time to spend two hours a day answering these types of emails when I could be working on the services and orders you, as well as other clients, have purchased instead. My regular client base has grown tremendously, and I have a lot of information to keep track of, as well as a lot of orders to fill, so my turnaround time can vary if I am overbooked. My silence means that I have all the information I need and I have got you scheduled or am already working on it. It does not mean that I am ignoring you, won’t complete your work, or that you need to jump to crazy conclusions and file a dispute. In which case, our working relationship would end, and your report may have to be provided to PayPal in order to settle the dispute. This is rare but has been sometimes necessary in past experiences. It's not something that I like to have to do. I just have to make this known so folks can be aware.
I have seen other practitioners' websites where they state they will not work with someone that they feel is depressed, obsessed, desperate, or adulterers, etc, etc. Well, that's not the way I work. True, if you are obsessed, desperate, or depressed, that is a genuine problem. But those problems need to be addressed as well. And sometimes they are the underlying root of the problem itself. So, I feel that those people along with everyone else should be helped. I feel that if a person didn't have a problem, they wouldn't be coming to me in the first place. So, I welcome all! And I will work with you to find the best plan and course of action to help improve your situation and bring you closer to your goals. However, if I feel that a client is showing some clear signs of mental or emotional unwellness, I have had some instances where I felt there was a genuine need to direct them to someone who can make such determination and provide professional treatment. I cannot diagnose any illness, but as a human being who cares, I may have to make such a recommendation in lieu of Rootwork.
That being said, there are certain types of cases I will not take on, and I do reserve the right (I state this for the sake of a legal disclaimer) to refuse to perform a service or work with a client I feel uncomfortable with. This has happened only a handful of times in my professional career as a Rootworker, and my intuition has been right each time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time for any reason. If this occurs, your purchase will be refunded. This is at my sole discretion on a case by case basis. Some examples of work I will not do are workings that involves a conflict of interest, or work that goes against my conscience or guidance of my spirit guides.
