With real-life experience in eastern wellness traditions, extensive hands-on experience in western-style practices, as well as in a holistic Eastern-Western hybrid practice, I possess a diverse array of skillsets & first-hand knowledge which have shaped both my world view and my own personal philosophy, and which, ultimately, have led me to the place, the person, and the Coach I am today!
